Have an 87, did upgrades 60-1 turbonetics turbo, rc 750's, neo, lexus AFM, Cometic MHG, walbro FP, Aeromotive FPR... Car ran great after start up for about 1 day and then it didn't want to start. After two or three attemps it started again, but pulled code 14. Checked all grounds and check out ok. Now it idles perfect but when I rev it up it wants to die again, so I have to hold the RPM at 1000 for about ten seconds, then it will idle perfect again. Pulled out CPS and did a Ohms test which read 160. Book says CPS is bad, Ohms need to be between 205ish and 255ish. Are there any other items I need to check out before replacing the CPS? Any comments of help. I tried looking this up in search but came up with nothing. Any help would be great...
