I need to know how far your fork moves measured the way i pictured.

Mine is 1.5" at rest and 2" when pressed in. (R154 5 speed)

This info will be a great help to me and figuring out my issues.

Experiencing over extending the diaphram causing it to want to stall the motor. 1800Km later i have to pull motor for worn out thrust bearings.

RPS 3200 PP

I have an R154 slave cyl and a 84 supra master clutch pedal and cyl. not sure if this will cause a huge difference in hydraulic throw out distance.

The pivot for the fork I broke off the 2 bolts that hold it on just by the force of the clutch. I used a pick to un screw the remaining bolt in the holes, then replaced the bolts with strong allen head metric fasteners. (was a bitch i had to use a bent allen key to install)

I just need to know if my fork is being moved too far or not. If the movement is normal then i will downgrade to OEM PP & disk so i don't kill yet another new bottom end.

I'll measure mine once I get it all back together. Just wondering what problems you are experiencing? BTW is that an RPS PP?

Did you get a chance to look at this yet?
