So I am unsure if their is a button to push to turn it on or if its somthing else but I am unsure how to turn my clock on. I heard it could be a fuse but everything else works like the cigarette lighter etc..... Any ideas?

The clock's pretty easy to test. There are only four wires running to it. One's a constant 12v, one is tied in to the ignition, one is connected to the taillight circuit (illumination, ie: when you turn your headlights on it's active) and a ground.

i had the same problem, my clock wouldnt work, so what i did is check the fuse (i think it was the guage fuse, not sure), it was busted, so i changed it and the clock worked fine

I'm pretty sure that with the guage fuse blown the clock should still light up, same goes for the dimmer. It just won't dim when the headlights are turned on.
The taillight and the dome fuses are what I would look at first.
