I've seen some people with CF dash bezels, and I was wondering where you guys got them from, did CFX make them at one time? Are there still some around that are available?

I would like to know as well, mine is all out of place by the time it gets down to the tranny and I always have to press it down.

Werd to that, I'd like to have one because it's stiff and won't move out of place. If I can't find any CF ones I'd even be content with a fiberglass one.

CFX said he could make them at one time, that was before the shortage of course. Dont hold me to this, but for the entire CF dash kit he said $500. So that would be center bezel, passanger vent cover, all sorts of other little things. Maybe when there is CF again we should do a group buy.

its unfinished, awaiting the last layer of fiberglass on the back, smoothing with bondo and sanding, and then a few coats of paint.

i purposely molded this over the ashtray and cig lighter since i don't smoke and don't plan to (in the supra, no less) and im going to put a few gauges in that spot. i find that more visually appealing than having the ashtray bulging from a SAFC or the like.

hmm, i suppose so. right now ive spent somethin like 30 or 40 bucks on the actual fiberglass mat and resin, gloves and all, and then an additional 80 for the two gauges.

with school right now, i cant get much time in on weekdays but ill try to finish this one up asap so you can see the finished project. my summer 07 is free, however, and its taken me maybe 15 or 20 hours to get to the point where i am now.

if you really pressed for it, i suppose i could make one over xmas break but ill send you the pics after mine gets further along.
