hey I was wondering if any of you guys have ever put in or seen a set of 1990 - 1999 celica sets in a mk3. would I be so lucky that they would bolt right up...I doubt it, but that would solve the weight problem for me...a little lol.

I would be down to do that if not i was thinking of 89-94 240 base model seats there not going to bolt in but i was thinking of useing my brackets
hmm I would be interested in this as well. Tho I think you would want the newer ones, 1990 still had the older body style and those seats arent as nice as the newer body styles. I dont remember the year off the top of my head.
The previous owner of my car installed late 80's celica all-trac seats in my Mk3. It did require cutting and welding the frame/mounts. I weighed them and it saves about 30-40 lbs over the stockers, and still has motorized lumbar and side bolters.
i tried supra seats in my 88 celica did not work. its was either to wide or narrow i cant remember.
95-99 are the late gen's, I own one and was thinking about taking the seat out and just putting it in there, but I am lazy lol.
wow, those celica seats looked awesome in there. I need to find me a set of 00-01 with the bluish tint for my 88.
