So basically when I turn the ignition absolutely nothing happens, doesnt turn over or anything, so I know its an electrical problem. I purchased a new battery, problem still exists. I took it to the mechanic he said a wire was loose in the alternator? and basically charged me 60 bucks which did fix the problem for about of week while I have been waiting for my radiator. Dropped the new radiator in and everything but the electrical problem just came back up before I could even start using the car! The mechanic also advised there may be an issue with the starter, but wouldn't the car still try to turn over if that was the issue? What could be the problem?! :1zhelp:

Thanks!

There is a starter relay under the passenger side kick panel. Pull it out, drop it on the floor (don't throw it on the floor), re-install it, and try again.

Check all related fuses.

If you wanted to go off your mechanic's guess, remove the starter and take it to your local autoparts store and have it bench tested. They're test isn't 100%; but, it's worth a shot.
