car not starting

anyone know why with the ignition switch on, i only get .07 v at the b and b+ pins. i get 12 volt at the batt and ig sw. when i jump the w and e1 the mil(cel) comes on, but when connected to the ecu nothing. trying to figure out which wire closes the efi relay. and if that is the wire that turns on the ecu.

what signals need to given to the ecu for it to turn on and function.

would the ecu being bad cause all these problems

did you try what i did? i took the +B from the diagnostic box, and ran a fuse to the positive of the battery and the car is now starting for now

yeah i tried that but it still doesnt start. i think my ecu is dead. cause i find anything else wrong.

the supra lives i had a bad ecu and a bunch of funky wiring. all sorted now. SHE LIVES!!!!!!

nice, yea i been running mine through the wire and a fuse to the +B lol, but im loving it and i can care less, been doing lots of work to it now with my buddy. but glad you got it running

yeah giant load of my mind. monday going to puul the turbo and the exhuast manifold. and rerun the turbo oil feed. i have it run out the the oil cooler relief vavle defiantely not correct. hopefully the turbo is still good.
