Camshafts and head damaged?

I don't know, is it realy bad condition or it is not so bad..

Maybe it happens because the engine had some heatings.

Need I take a another head for my engine? Or this head is ok? Or I can polished it by mysels, or smth else?

the head can be line bored and lapped to get the clearances back into spec. Is that a ridge on the cam journal, or is it smooth?
