I'm also interested in what RPM you peaked HP at. How much of a difference do you guys think cams could make on a less highly tuned engine?

Impressive! It's good to see some hard numbers. I'm also curious to see how the curves changed. So I second the graphs. Good Job

Great numbers...I have never understood why nobody thought cams had no effect on 7Ms. It still is an engine, right :rant2: Great numbers.... thanks.

HKS made 258, 264 and 272 IIRC.
Stock springs should be fine, although I'm going to go with the TRD units.
Stock ECU limits revs to 6750, so the 264s shouldn't be to agressive for shim over bucket lifters.
Boosted, are those hard welded cams? and do you have a part number?

Bad ass, I am glad to finally see some numbers with aftermarket 7m cams. I guess the old mantra that there is no better cam than stock is false... Unless you lost a lot of power down low with the new cams. Post up the graphs!

Here's the Dyno comparo, yea I know the AF's looks kind of high but the Wideband was running weird. We also had a MOTEC Wideband running at the same time and it was reading 11.8's on the AF's while the dyno wideband was running above 12.5. I believe the MOTEC more, reason why is because when I made 524, from 4k-7k rpms on AFC it was around -20 - -28. It's now at -6 - -8, no way a cams would require so much more fuel. VPC Gain is at 12 o clock. I know I'm definitely running rich cause I still see black smoke.

Those cams look like there isn't much compromise in them. :bigthumb: I love how broad the peak is, it looks very useable. Did you install them straight up or are those the final numbers after playing with cam timing?

Your HP curve in the winpep graph looks like someone starting to draw a supra..... The TQ curve looks like a saab or porsche 911, and the A/F... well, just an A/F graph. :biggrinki
Good direction you're going... more power with less boost.
