Cam Gears, crank pulley oh my !

Have a few questions..First off Why are crank pulleys So-ooo Expensive?

1# I bought a used 7mge from the junkyard last summer and began to tear it down and noticed that one side of the crank pulley was severely damaged...Like someone had drug it across a parking lot kind of damage..Anyways, It needs replaced. I've looked but cant find oem new..Just these insanely high ATi ones on the net.

#2 I need a set of cam gears, Someone snitched them off the head before I bought the motor.
Can I upgrade to the 7mgte aem, obx etc adjustable cam gears ?

Cam gears yes they are the same.. but if your using stock cams there is really no need too...

On the cam gears I really just wanted to move my powerband more down low with the adj. cam gears.
