If the injectors are leaking at the fuel rail, it'll be gas. If they're leaking at the intake, it'll be vacuum.

Mine were leaking at the intake not the rail, had fuel(not on the rail but under it) and air like I said ha. Unless I had both ends leaking and didnt notice, I replaced all the rings. The intake sides were all cracked and falling apart though.

I don't blame you for replacing all the injector seals, smart thing to do while you have them out, and they're cheap, to. It's pretty easy to pinch a seal at the fuel rail, but usually they'll dump fuel all the time. I like to apply a thin layer of grease to all the seals before I install injectors. Makes them slide into the rail and intake nice and easy.

If its that low you have an intake leak... check the air silencer... and make sure everything is tight. Mine did the SAME thing, sounding like a big ass v8, and then i put in a metal pipe instead of the silencer (because it was burned somehow) and BAM! car runs like a champ, and set the timing to 10-BTDC. Now i spin them all day, its fun.

Air silencer?? The intake box?

I'm confused. I'm pretty sure it's a vaccume leak somewhere, but it's hard to track it down.

I think the air silencer that he is talking about is the big black canister on the intake between the AFM and the TB. Sometimes they will get a hole in them on the under side next to the header from the heat. You should be able to track down the leak with a hose to your ear. Or you can get a propane cyl, like for soldering copper pipes, and inject propane around the different areas that might be leaking. Your idle will kick up when you find a leak, don't light it:nono:
These things and others have been suggested to you, have you tried any of them? If the leak is as loud as you say it is you should be able to find it with the hose. I haven't seen were you have tried it???

Yeah, i got my car idling like that from my brother... i was like WTF? and then once i went over it once, and fixed a lot of the air leaks, and put on a new cone filter (just happened to have a brand new one laying around) and cleaned the intake pipes, it ran so much better. Just do a lot of maintence, and have you checked your timing?

I know my timing isn't out, for a fact.

As far as tracking the sound, it's hard to tell because it's EXTREMLY loud, and It sound like it's coming from under the intake manifold. But I have everything hooked up according to the 7mge TSRM

Check and make sure you didn't pinch any wires, vacuum or coolant lines, or part of the harness, between the lower and upper intake.
