So another quick question. Looks like I need to rebore my 1jz to fix the score on cylinder #5 (see other thread I started). My options are to either purchase oversized CP pistons, rebore and rehone or to possibly build a 1.5jz. I'm not looking for massive power but want stock reliability with the possibility to upgrade to a larger turbo later. I think I could go out and buy a 2jzge long block for $500 or so. Going the route with oversized CP pistons will about $1,200 or so. Thoughts?
