build 1jz+autotrans in a mk3 problem goes no higher then 3000rpm??

i have build a 1jzgte whith auto trans in my mk3 supra butt the trans shifts up by about 2500/3000rpm.

what can be the problem???

throttle valve?
i installed the autotrans cable to Toyota specs.

i now what the problem is now.
i need advise about how to solve it.

the problem:
i used the old autotrans ECT ecu i did not wire the L1 L2 and L3 wire's.
normally they go to the ecu.butt the soarer ecu has a different signal.

how can i solve this problem???
