bronze tint?

so i was outside today tinting the windows on my crx which happened to be parked next to the supra well i got done and started looking at the supras glass real close because i was thinking of tintng it aswell. any way it looked like the has already been tinted bronze??? So i'm wondering is it factory and do i have to remove it before tinting the glass black

i had my windshield replaced after it ate a street sign, and most replacement glass (at least the windshield) is already tinted bronze. it's not a vinyl or anything, but in the glass already.

i called around several places because i had imagined that it'd be bright bronze, but most everyone only carried a bronze tint. turns out it just brightens the view a little, not bad at all.

it is in the glass. From what I've seen over the years, all maroon interiors had bronze tint, all others got a blueish hue. The strip above the windshield is supposed to be bronze as well, but most aftermarket replacements use blue.

i have a maroon interior so that makes sense
