Brake Line size and thread

Looking for the brake line size as well as the fitting thread and flare style. Im pulling the ABS out of my car and need to make a couple brake lines. I understand how important ABS is, and the reasons i shouldnt remove it. That said i have a TH350 and zero percent chance of getting a rear speed sensor to work, so the ABS isnt functional at this point anyway.

Does anyone know the thread and flare style? I saw some mention of m10x1.0 and bubble flare but not sure if that was ever confirmed.

I would just bring the part once it's removed that way your not gonna have a chance of ordering the wrong one from possibly a tread that wasn't right

M10x1.0 threads, double flare like normal brake lines, not entirely sure on the line size (ID/OD), though.

I just ordered new from dealer. Fairly cheap. I would get the one that runs clear across firewall for na car.

I think proportioning valve is different, you'll need to check.

Most lines at parts stores are 3/16" tube with metric fittings which will work. Just need correct thread. OEM is metric size. I'll measure one of my new ones.

For anyone searching i can confirm that all are inverted flare, no bubble flare. I used 3/16" tube and re used the metric ends. I can confirm size of the threads tomorrow on a spare end.

Cant order the lines anymore, pretty sure there discontinued.

Anyone know if theres a difference in the bore diameter of a ABS master and NON ABS master? Im thinking of replacing it while im doing all this work, might just stick with what i have as its what im used to. I dont think i have ever had ABS activate besides the one accident i got into about 10 years ago so id say that im pretty used to the pedal feel.

All i can find is that the ABS master is 1" Bore.

I believe that W(*66) means with ABS. So no, not the same.

Yea i saw that, im trying to figure out the difference. i saw Jeff mentioned that up to 90 or 91 the front brakes were the outer outlet and rear were inner, and then they swapped after 90 or 91 but i think the bore size is all the same.
