So i finally finshed up all of my winter projects (i know its the start of summer) and while the car drives smooth it won't boost past about 5 pounds. I first ran the turbo/Wastegate with no washers and it hit 5 pounds so i put a washer behind it hoping to up the boost a little but still stay under FC untill i can do a piggyback/standalone. This time it still stayed at 5 pounds but it sounded like the BOV was letting out air.. so my question is do i need to swap out the stock BOV with one like the Bosch that can handle a little more psi? or is the problem something else? In case it matter mods are full 3" exhaust, AMS intercooler with hard pipes, Weapon R CAI, and a stock/T-4 hybrid turbo (stock intake/exhuast housing with a t-4 cartridge). Any help would be appreciated.

Take the bov off and see if you can blow through it. If you can it's bad.
Can either replace with a Bosch or what ever you like.
