Both Injector pins getting 12v....?

So I'm checking everything on my car trying to start it. And I went to check that my injectors are getting power, i find out that both pins in the clips are getting 12v.

Does that sound right? I'm running stinger now, and got my PnP harness Fromm Aaron, so I assume it's wired correctly.

I just thought 1 would have 12v and 1 ground. Or do they both have 12v, and then the stinger grounds one to fire?

That last part. The injector coil is after all nothing but a long wire.
