:1zhelp: Ok guys, I am sorry that I am asking this, but I have searched and searched, but I can't find my damn answer. I just made a tester, and when I put it in the car, I hear all the air, and it seems like it is going straight through the head, what things do I also need to cap off, or do? Does the engine have to be turned to a certain position? Or do I just have a big problem? Sorry for the stupid question, but I just couldn't find my answer.
thanks ricardo

Yea I must be slow or something, because I had already been on there, that is how I made my tester, but still it didnt help, either I have a major problem, which I doubt, becasue I can still boost regularly, but it seems that all the air is just passing through the head. Do you need to have the engine on tdc or something? Sorry guys like I said i have searched, but haven't found anything, I feel so dumb asking this. Thanks ricardo

You'll never get all the valves closed at once so some air will always be leaking through the engine. It doesn't matter, just put more in faster than it's escaping until you get the test pressure you want. If you don't have a source of air that can supply enough leave the throttle valve closed and test only up to that point. Or remove the TB connector and blank off the induction system. Then you can do an actual leak down test.
