i too also broke a dang bolt on the t-stat housing...heh was gonna drill it out and re-tap the hole but it was a futile attempt LOL...took it to a machine shop and they pretty much had to tear apart the housing to get at the remains of the busted bolt.Rewelded some new aluminum to the housing drilled a new hole...retapped it and was good as new....they advised on using anti-sieze in the future
