Body Trim??

What is the best way to go about removing the body side trim without damaging the trim at all. I am about to be doing some body work to my 91 and was planning to paint over the trim (its the 91 burgandy trim) but now i think It would look better if the trim was left un painted.

From the inside. It's bolted on in some places.

One bolt and a bunch of clips. Keep the window up and get as many as you can.

I have never done the doors before, the rest are not really difficult. It's just fairly time consuming taking apart the interior to get to them.

as of now my car no longer has trim It was fairly easy the doors were just a bunch of plastic clips so no big deal
