The two front wings on my '88 really need to be replaced - some complete bastard was trying to break into the car the other day and before giving up, kicked the passenger wing at the bottom, which just disintegrated
I now drive around with a 4" hole in the bottom right of the passenger side wing, subsequently, it looks like shite.
I've found a local bodyshop that looks like a pro place, (ie, run by an old guy who takes pride in his work, workshops look like proper workshops rather than a clinic etc) and they said they'd get back to me with a quote for supplied bare wings, sprayed in the colour of my choice for me to put on.
From what i understand, its a relatively simple bolt on job, but the TSRM doesnt cover the replacement of it, unless its in a special bodywork manual that i havent discovered yet.
Has anyone else here had to replace the front wing/wings and did they do it themselves or did you get a shop to do it?
