Before I paint, body questions.

I'm getting ready to start sanding my new project down for paint. I'll hopefully have her primered within a month or so, but I had a couple questions regarding the body work at hand.

#1 The rear bumper where it attaches on the left side is sticking out, and I don't know exactly how to place it back.



#2 Dent repair, I'm assuming body hammer and bondo?

for the passenger side dent, try removing the inside panel and lcarefully using a mallet, massage the dent outas best as possible. still try the suction cup method too. I've heard of guys using dry ice, (the cold contracts the metal back into shape), but doesn't always work.
