Take it to a machine shop so they can measure journals and bores. They will be able to determine if it needs to be reground for undersized bearings. In my case they polished the crank to all the same size. Make sure they can measure 10thousands of an inch (.0001). If they look at you funny go to another shop.

I highly recommend that you have th rods checked out. mine where ever so slightly out if round but for only 15 bucks a rod I didn't want to take a chance. You shouldn't have to do anything to the main bores.

You could. The specs are in the tsrm. Where talking about aftermarket bearing right? Toyota mains are $30 for half shell.

Machine shop is highly recommended. Or you can just buy a Crank Kit from Oreilly's. It comes with the crankshaft & the correct size main bearings & rod bearings already.
