bearing issue

my car began making a weird noise recently (something like a diesel truck idling) and my friend diagnosed it as being a bearing on one of the pulleys. the noise is coming from around the harmonic balancer (95% sure its not the alternator), but how do i go about fixing it?

Compressor, or maybe the tensioner pulley for it? Take off the a/c belt and see if it goes away.

I also started getting this noise and hopefuly i can find a nice block to play with
