I've got one 10' bass tube from crunch and a audiotecknics 600 watt amp mounted in my hatch. It sounds pretty good, not distorted like the bazooka stuff ive heard. A friend gave it to me because he needed the space in his trunk for a stroller. Then i thought "i feel like a ricer" because it looks like a NOS bottle, but a cheap generic look-a-like. I like the way it sounds plus i can still fit my targa in it.

wow those are... um... special.
a tube shaped enclosure is almost ideal for bass because the pressure on all parts of the wall is equal, unlike a box, so it won't flex.
Metals are good as enclosure materials for subs too.
So there are some good design principals, but they ruined it by making them look like nitrous bottles...

As i said before....i got it for free and everybody i know, including me, loves free sh!t. When i get around to finishing my HG i will think of going with something less "ricer". Until then.......I'll bass away with my wanna be NOS bottle. :-D
