When I went and got an oil change the idle on my supra was smooth, could barely know it was running, dorks broke my mass air sensor checking filter. They replaced it, not new. Now when I first start it up it wants to die and the idle lops when warm. Cleaned the mass sensor and throttle body completely...any ideas next what it could be?

if you cleaned the afm then thats your problem...its not meant to be cleaned.

Check your codes and get back to us. It could be a factor of things

Agreed...That would cause a problem. However I take it that it didn't run correctly at 1st then you cleaned it & you still have the problem. I would say you got a bad afm. Hit up the place you got it from for a refund or replacement.

Turbo motors (like yours) have an AFM just behind the air intake filter and goes to the turbo. There is no mass air sensor. What exactly and where is it located the part you are calling a "mass air sensor checking filter"?
