avc-r base settings

Did a quick search and didn't yield what I wanted so:

For Cylinder, what do I set if I have the purple wire hooked to the injector? Book says, 1, is that correct?

For Throttle, is it the north east arrow?

And for the middle one, that ranges from 2-16, is it 4?
