ok, I know someone told me to do something with the springs I think in the tranny, but does any company actually make a shiftkit or any better kits we can use?

No one makes a shift kit that I know of. If you go over to the other forum (SF) they have a write up on it in the MKIII technical section. I myself have performed this mod to my tranny and am waiting on the front pump seal for my tranny to come in from the dealership so I can install my tranny. Make sure you thoroughly read the thread b/c some info was changed later on in the thread. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.
IPT will modify your valve body...they make higher stall TQ's too
