Armrest 87, 91

I'm just seeing if anyone knows if the armrest from a 91 will fit into an 87. Trying to get the car put together and just gettin the little pieces now. Thanks for the help. Here is links to pics if that helps:

Also if someone has the brackets to mount them I would appreciate it much.

yes the only difference was 89+ had cup holders which really are some of the shittest cup holders in any car but who really needs cup holders in a sports car.. i dont..

No, it will not fit. I just went through the same thing. I attempted to install an early arm rest on an SRS center console and it sat up about an inch or so when it was closed.

The inside of the covers are different between years. The newer covers are deeper than older ones and are therefore incompatible. Unless the hinges between years changed as well. If that's the case, then it may work. I can tell you for certain that an 87 won't fit on a 90.
