Are there installing MHG and head condition requirements?

I know you want to resurface the head and block if it is warped or not smooth.

I also know it must be clean and dry but my question is that its winter like around here and the temperature is cold and can sometime fluctuated back and forth allot. Its also humid somewhat so would that be bad when installing your head gasket and head with all the moisture?? Because doesn't metal/aluminum bend in certain temperature? Maybe I am just exhausted and just coming up with excuses.

Go take a nap, and put it together tomorrow when you're rested. The temp. fluctuations of ambient temp. shouldn't be enough to change the shape of the head. If you're really worried about it, take it inside with you.
