ar specs for mhg

buddy is doing a rebuild on his supra (no net or he would be on asking himself) what are the ar tolerances for mhg, believe he has a titan motorsports 1.4mm mhg

I think his head gasket may be a little to small, but needs some specs the search isnt helping right now

Its ra not ar. Which stands for roughness average. I believe titan would be 50ra or smoother which is what cometic is and titans are cemetics.. But there should be no addition cost for getting it smoother. I would try for around 20ra at least.

ok cool thanks sorry about the dislexia typing too. now one other thing, from what i read, in the head gasket selection sticky, the 1.4 might be too small is that correct? Any way to fix that? i dont know the specs yet of head or block but they have been machined.

Stock is 1.37mm. 1.4mm should be fine as long as the block and head havnt been machine like crazy. Was the hg already ordered?
