Yep, just gotta watch the rep for companies, I've run into 1 so far that was shady. I was building a PC for a client and I had everything but the tower. took this company that has now been removed 6 weeks to get me the case. I went ahead and bought one after 3 days of the shipping being past. just counted my losses and moved on. So that rep. stuff isn't there to demean a company.
