Hello,
there are already drawings floating around and have been for many years. Have you tried searching?
I'll see if I can find something when I get home.

Hi guys , any updates for me ? I want to to make a rubber washer that goes outside of X diameter but about 2 to 3mm thicker than H height.

Sorry. No, it wasn't a 5 month long swap meet. Just got busy with job, house, wife, kids,.....

Dimension X is approx. 1.763" (44.75 mm). Dimension H is .455" (11.56 mm). The bushing housing has a weld fillet around it also.
The fillet is approx. 0.2" radius (4.5 mm). Allow a radius on your bushing to allow it to seat on the surface of the subframe. And the cross-section
is not quite how you diagrammed it FWIW.

Perfect, thanks. I might just make a flat 2mm rubber washer 47mm OD and 21mm ID and just use the top of the nub, to press on the top hat.
