any suggestions for passing smog in california

it that time of the year and im due but im about 350% sure im not passing... im burning super rich and i tried everything to get rid of it but nothing seems to be working...new vacuums, new intake manifold gasket, sparks, wires, coolant flush, cover gasket, rewired knock sensor, no engine codes, except for a 51 but only when i rev it up a little.... anybody got any suggestions? what should i do next??

The first cat (the one in the down pipe on a stock exhaust) is for warm up emissions. Since the Cali ASM test is done hot you don't need it. They could bust you on the visual for not having it but that's unlikely. What you do need is a working EGR and a stoichiometric feed gas going into a healthy main cat. That's all it takes to pass.
