I was looking at these on the web and was thinking of picking up a boost and egt gauge from them. do they work? are the accurate? i saw a few posts that said they are hard to read, is that true? if so where were they mounted, and how hard are they to read?

thanks

PS: if anyone has any other suggestions for matching boost and egt gauges in a 52mm size, post that up as well!

I had them mounted in an a-pillar pod in my MKIII - they were awsome looking at night, very hard to read during the day, even with tinted window.

Autometer Ultra Lite II's work pretty awsome:

thanks for the suggestion mike, do they have them in an electric flavor?
i know the MR ones dont have peak/warn/hold, does anyone know of any 52mm peak/warn/hold gauges that work well?

so cal
spend the money and get some defi's ;) you will not regret the looks and performance of those gauges... i have the megan racing gauges and they do look awesome at night but during the day you might as well not even glance over... but for the price they're pretty damn decent... but after riding in my friends wrx with defi's in them the LEDs that light them are WAY? brighter so even daytime driving theyr'e HIGHLY visible... but like i said if you're on a budget, the megans aren't bad
