In 8 years of having this car I never had a CEL in this car....

As of 2 months ago I got a CEL on my 88 turbo with a little over 100K on it.
Code 11
Cleaned and inspected all grounds. Looked good. Replaced coil pack tray ground.
I then got code 52 after clearing it. Sometimes right away-other times I after maybe 10-12 miles of driving after clearing it
I replaced all of the knock sensors with new Toyota ones.
Bought the rear wire kit from a member here(FYI my motor harness is a few years old and has maybe 4 k on it).

Still getting the code. Referring to my factory manual it suggests ecu could be the problem. In 15 years I have never seen a ecm fail in these car-saw one fail in an MR2 but the car would not even start. I figured since car ran ecu should be okay
Replace the ecm?
Any other cuplprits??? Everything on this car is fresh(ie coil packs,Toyota plug wires blah blah)

Got a race on October 13 and running out of time and options:(
