This may not be the exact measurements, but it is what I'm doing.
10 AN from reservoir to pump
DM line from pump to rack
6 AN from rack back to reservoir.

How do you figure?

-10 reservoir to pump.
-6 everywhere else.

That's the standard for PS that I've seen, installed, used, etc on several cars of various makes and purposes.

Could you specify which case didnt work for you?
You mean the -10 wont work from pump to reservoir,
or -10 doesnt work from cooler to reservoir/ from pinion to pump.

It looks like -10 will work from the reservoir to the pump inlet!
It looks like its all flanged for a rubber hose though but I am sure it would be mostly for looks anyways since its not under pressure and the rubber hose works better you could maybe do a dress up kit for braided hose apearance or even tap coupler fittings for 100% an hose -10 lots of extra work though.

My 2j pump to resevoir inlet is smaller than -10... Works fine. -10 is larger in inside diameter than the 2j pump inlet.

I dont see why -10 is too small.
