Alternate part for the wrist pin snap ring.

I'm freshening up a 7M and I am looking to replace the snap rings for the piston wrist pin. Unfortunately my Toyota dealer has stated that there are only 9 left in the system, and I need 12. Is there an alternate part that is known to work as a replacement here? I've heard that certain JE retaining clips can work here. Can someone confirm this and possibly provide a part number? Thank you.

I would contact Topline. They include the lockrings for the piston pins with their piston sets, so either they make them, or they have a supplier.

Otherwise, I'd try to see if any other toyotas use the same size lock rings.
