I would start with your code 52(see link), and also do the external ground on the igniter, its simple.(search)

The code 52 will make your car go rich, which explains the slow, and lots of exhaust gasses to make your turbo spool.
Code 42 could be related to the poor oem igniter ground, not 100% sure though.(over time the case/ground corrodes)
51 Could be cause by having your AC switch on, or foot on the gas pedal during checking codes. Or the TPS is out of adjustment(search TSRM)
I wouldn't worry about 34 until 52 is fixed, but like jetjock said it may be a boost leak.
