Air Intake pipe small connector

Can someone please tell me where the vacuum plug goes to.
I've been trying to look around to see where it connects but I'm unable to find it.
Not sure if it just needs to be plugged or what

Well when I got the car there was no line on it. I couldn't find the right word to explain what it was so I found a photo online to explain my problem.

Which by now is somewhat explanatory by looking at the photo. I didn't think it would've went to the power steering.
It likely explains why my power steering pump is leaking too.

Yea, it looks like it goes to the power steering pump idle-up valve. It needs to be hooked up or you get a large vacuum leak. Your pump leaking is a different problem.

I just edited it so no confusion.

I did pass the smog test today and I'm not sure if that line did help or not.
Hell yeah!
