^ first of all i can think of maybe 2 or 3 people that may be able to make sense of what you just posted. If you want help, ask clear descriptive questions with enough background so we know wtf your talking about and a more specific title for thread. Otherwise no one will bother to read your chatter.

Also you could try searching for relevant information and threads.

From what I gather you are running maft-PRO not just maft big difference and just got 4.8 software version to work, right?

Now you want to make adjustments with your laptop, but your changes dont do anything right? And for some reason you grounded your white and blue to your engine block?

-First of all you need to make sure you ground your lc-1 wires to the SAME place as your maft-pro.
-once your wiring is done you need to make sure your maftpro is reading the same values as your wideband, exact same.
-Make sure you have all of the correct initial settings for 4.8 AND make sure your laptop has the correct bin definitions for the version of maftpro that you are running on the PRO.

Once your MAFTPRO, lc-1 gauge, and laptop read identical figures you can begin working. To tune your car FIRST AND FOREMOST get your initial settings and turn off part throttle tracking and AFR tracking by setting the tps signals to zero.

That should get you started towards finding your problem. Your post doesnt have enough relevant info to really help you more.

the laptop works fine with emulation.
