Hi guys.
I'm running bosch 044 fuel pump (via relay at 12V) and aeromotive FPR. Setup has less than 5K miles. I got my car tuned at 41psi static FP (vacuum line disconnected) and about 32psi at idle.
Some time ago I noticed that fuel pressure dropped to 38psi (static). So I rised it again back to 41psi. A week later the same thing happened again - pressure dropped and I had to rise it.

What's wrong with my car? I thought it's fuel pump problem, but from my experience faulty pump begins to give up under boost at WOT. My holds fine at 19psi of boost - no leanout. Another thought is spring inside FPR.. it becomes softer for some reason. But I don't think it should happen (my AFPR is authentic Aeromotive from Driftmotion - not chinese fake).

What do you think about this? Haven't you similar problems?

Thanks in advace for ideas.
Denis

Stock, as in still using an unmodified J-Tube, and stock return lines. You need to remove the restriction in the J-tube by either drilling it out or bypassing it.

It's bypassed long time ago... I even forgot about it.

2 jdub : what exactly shall I look at?
