Hi all,

On the first , sorry for my bad english, i'm litlle French!

Ok, now i need your help please about my AEM EMS on my car. I have a Supra 7mgte 1989 with T61 turbo, Rc750 injectors, aem map sensor 3.5bar, I.A.T aem and AEM EMS 1130.

This is my problem : My car start nice but litlle rich ( 10.9:1 afr) but i saw on the windows parameter ( engine load) that when i move my T.B ( thorttle body) my map sensor move too!!!!! ( with no engine start) an exemple: if i move to 50% my TPS my map sensor ( engine load) will be at 16.5 psi!?!

Can you help me please to resolve my problem? I don't know if it's my cal map or a problem from hardware!

Thank's a lot,

Saf68

ps : my car is in speed density!

Are you saying that with the engine not running at all but the key is 'ON', that when you move your throttle that your MAP Sensor is registering boost? Or is this while you're driving... You have conflicting terms in your statement IMO( 'no engine start' and 'engine load'), and I'm trying to get a clearer picture here.

I remember seeing this before.

If I recall, the fix was to make sure that the MAP channel and the TPS channels are not mixed on the AEM (Think it was TPS/MAp blending or what ever it is that AEM calls it). Also check the wiring.

This would be a good thread to move to the new standalone section as well. I would definitly check the wiring. Did you use the start-up calibration for your car to get started?

:icon_bigg)

Thank's all

My problem is resolved!

turbogate your French is very good ;)

When i disconect my I.A.C ( idle air control ) i haven't any problem and the map sensor work great :) But when i connect the I.A.C... All it's bad! The I.A.C come from a 2JZ engin with TB!

Turbogate, do you want to see my map cal? and have you got skype ( to speak)?

Thank's a lot all :)
