I have searched. Is there trick to getting to the bottom screw? I read there was a thread. Expain or direct please.

I don't think you can get to the bottom screw without removing the two twelve millimeter bolts holding the idle temp controller or whatever it's called. Once you remove them, it's easy to get to. That's the way I did it, but I'm not a mechanic and I don't play one on t.v. Good luck.
