AC clutch engages, fans don't kick in, whats the dealio?

AC clutch engages, fans don't kick in, whats the dealio?

I thought it was the relay under the battery, but I can manually actuate the relay and the fans blow...

What am I missing?

Fans are triggered by A/C coolant temp switch and/or A/C high pressure switch.

So if I am reading this right, the fans are triggered by the ac high pressure and/or the AC water temp switch.

Eventually, even if the pressure is not high enough in the ac system, the water temperature, if allowed to climb high enough will trigger the fans to run.

Correct?

Didn't mean to be. The point was if you want to understand in great detail how electrical stuff in the car works all you have to do is look at the TEWD. That way you don't have to guess or trust anyone else.
