^ Just talkin from my usual perspective.

Meh, even with my limited medical training no way I'd stop, hell, even Natalie told me she wouldn't.

We stop, they die, we're sued.

We stop, they live but are paralized, we're sued.

We stop, and they get a scratch when we're helping the out of the car, we're sued.

THAT is the sad thing... :nono: They can wait for the paramedics.

In Alabama we have a Good Samaritan Law. You can't be sued for trying to help someone. It might make someone more likely to try and save a life. If I can help then I will, they can sue me for whatever they want. I don't have much of monetary value.................lol

It's not even the money that bothers me, it's just the idea.

I'd love to try and stop and help, but if I do and they die I get fucked, when it obviously would have happened had I not shown up.

It's a little diff for people in the medical field, I think I'd be OK since I'm not a nurse or w/e, but my fiance would probably be screwed.
