A good bad story, and looking for a few parts I couldn't find online or at Toyota.

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.

I've rebuilt my very ill supra to the point where it runs really well. I took it on the highway for a little run, and everything was going well... until it wasn't.
The car sat for 2 years in a garage. I guess I unbolted the roof then. Driving it around, I checked to make sure the roof was bolted on, it seemed like it was. Turns out it was just the joints sticking together.
When I reached 80mph I heard a "whoosh", and yes: the roof flew off. No one was around, it was a clear portion of road. I realize it could have been really bad. Anyways, the roof is "totaled".
So I am looking for a new one. I drive a 92 MA70.
- tl;dr Looking for a Targa roof MA70 92 style. Color is irrelevant.

I am also looking for the lower part of the transmission's dust cover.

Thank you for the attention you'll bring to this post, sorry for making you guys facepalm so hard. :nono:

Did the exact same thing myself last year, but no real damage to the targa beyond chips in the paint along one edge. So it's not just you by any means. Best of luck finding a relatively local targa, they can be really expensive to ship.
