Ok today I was working on my car and I was trying to figure out why my A/c fan dosent work anymore. I changed the fan itselft and still nothing. When I turn the AC on I can hear a relay click on the passenger kick panel but no fan spinning. Any ideas? What could it be?

The fan inside the cabin thats for the AC and heater. Not the one thats under the hood. Ive already searched and cant find an answer. I changed it cause it was 5 dollars at the J-yard and I was already there to begin with.

So your talking about the blower motor? the fan in the HVAC box right, if so check your blower motor resistor and make sure it is'nt burned up, and check for power and ground at the conector for the blower motor. Do you have a test light? that will make for quick and easy diag for power and ground.

Did you check the plug at the ac fan for power? Did you check the old and older ac fan with a 12 volt source to see if they work?

LOL. Old and older. I will check that today. Thank you sir.

And the resistor is located where? Sorry just have not messed with my car too much since I've had it. Thanks for your response.

Thanks. I will go through the trouble shooting in the TSRM. Just a little more input on my end. The low button on the ac didnt work. The AC head unit was very old and ugly so I switched it for a nicer piece. Still the low button would not operate the blower motor. Than one really hot day on the way home with the AC on full blast it just stopped working. Should have put on original post, but it was late night posting.

the blower motor resistor is on the pass side under the glove box in the HVAC box. you have to remove the lower panal under the golve box to see it, its held in with one screw, its black when your looking at the HVAC box its on the right and side towards the firewall and the connector is pluged into the front of it. It sounds like your blower motor resistor took a shit to me. If you pull it out you will be able to see if its burned up, there will be 3 coil looking things on it 1 big coil 1 medium coil and 1 small coil, inspect each coil and see if any are broken, chances are the biggest coil and and smallest coil will be broke.
