My 1jz is nearly running perfect, there are no engine codes but the engine still runs rich. I start the engine and the afr's start at mid 13ish and drop. my setup is one walbro on switch, 440's and afpr set to 35psi on single turbo setup. I don't know what else to look at. Any thoughts?

Did you pull fuel? Also even though it isn't going to help your problem at the moment, bump your fuel pressure back up to 43-45 psi, or it will never run right on a stock 1j ecu.

When i had 550''s in it i initally didnt pull anything. I have the neo pulling -6 at 500 and -11 at 1000, I will increase pressure. thanks for the quick response, much appreciated!!!
