9 sec. eclipse? LoL

Just figured I would share this lovely story with everyone. I work in a tire/lube shop, and we had a guy come in with a f&f look alike eclipse. This guy swears up and down he has 90k in this car and it run's 9's with a NA, Auto, with a 50 dry shot:biglaugh: And on top of all this the body kit is broken, paint looks like crap. Hood and gas lid is painted black for the "carbon fibre" look. Typical rb right? This guy got pissed because we wouldn't let him drive his 90k car into the shop and tried to get me in trouble because I called his bluff. The best part is, he works at pizza hut as a delivery boy:nono:

The part that would amuse me if it was someone else's story is the look on the guys face when he says it. I tried racing him for "pinks" told him I needed another beater, but he didn't believe I had a supra. Hell I even told him I would run him in my 94 bonne and he laughed at me LoL.

He may have spent 90k, You know how unreliable and shitty DSM's are LOL. NA eclipse's are junk and so are thier NA talon counterparts, and auto just makes him all that gayer, he prolly needs the nitrous to get the sluggish POS to it's power band. Why buy the NA when the GS-T or GSX are barely 500 to 1000 more in price and are actually worth it comparetivley, I'd tell the guy to go eslewhere that's the kind of business you don't need.

LoL right^^^You guys have no need to tell me how slow dsm's are as na's. My buddy got suckered into buying one and we did a full exhaust, cai, cams, clutch, and weight redux and the best he got was a 16.8 LoL. I seen a guy at the track that dropped over 3k into his motor to stay NA and he ran a best of 16.3
